Biography
Stefanie Plante has been involved in elections in various capacities since 2005. Her election observation experience has brought her to Guatemala, Haiti, Tunisia and Ukraine and worked with the Iraqi High Electoral Commission for their Out of Country election observation missions in May 2014. She has an MA from the University of Windsor and holds a ProDoc in Public Administration from l’Université de Lausanne.
